About Us:Mike has been an active duty Marine for 20+ years. He enjoys running and experimenting with new recipes as a homebrewer.
Sallie is a full time homemaker/home-educator. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and photography.
We have four children, a daughter and three sons. We are currently homeschooling through high school with all of our boys. Our daughter graduated from our homeschool in 2009. |

Fun Facts About our Family:Mike and Sallie met at his sisters wedding. Mike's father introduced Sallie as his "other daughter, hint hint" and the rest is, as we say, history. Sallie is prior military. She served as a pharmacy tech in the Air Force. In 21+ years of marriage, we have lived in 11 apartments/houses located in 4 states and 2 countries. We have loved going to u-pick farms over the years but finally were able to enjoy the fruits of our own labors this year through the benefits of a community garden plot. |
